No, we do not typically do open houses. Agents conducting open houses are usually hoping to find an unrepresented buyer and not selling your home. There are also numerous safety concerns with open houses. However, we will schedule an open house for you in the MLS if you would like to hold an open house.
All of our listings receive up to 25 professional photos at no charge. Virtual tours can be arranged for around $150. Most homes do not have virtual tours.
